Description
The York S1-M9203-GGA-2 Motorised Spring Return Actuator is used to position dampers, or valves and move them to a default position when power is removed in HVAC systems. It works by turning 24 VAC/DC control signals into mechanical motion of 27 in lb of torque, and a spring mechanism inside it makes sure that it goes back to a specific state. Fitted on damper shafts or valve stems and connected to the control network it is connected to thermostats or building automation systems. It is in positioning and default safety return which is assists in maintaining stable airflow.
