The York S1-1TVMBB2 Thermal Expansion Valve Kit is designed to provide accurate control of the temperature in air conditioning systems. This is a 5/8” nominal size kit with Aeroquip connection type that controls the flow of the refrigerant for optimum performance of a 2.5 ton air conditioner. It is specially intended for application with R-410A refrigerant only. This thermal expansion valve increases system efficiency and reliability by changing the flow of the refrigerant according to the cooling requirement. The control also ensures that temperatures are regulated hence reducing overall energy consumption and increasing equipment durability.
