The York S1-02646343000 Pleated Air Filter is a MERV-8 filtration unit sized 20″ 24″ 2″ that captures airborne dust, lint, and larger particulate matter from return air. Mounted through HVAC systems, where it cleans incoming airflow before it reaches the coil and blower section. It increases surface area for improved particle retention while allowing steady air passage with reduced restriction. Placed in the return air duct or filter rack, it protects internal components from debris buildup and supports cleaner ventilation removing particulate matter before conditioned air re-enters the occupied space.
