York S1-02529041012 Temperature Control Switch is an essential component in different HVAC systems which is aimed at controlling the temperature within a certain range. This switch operates on a simple principle, it turns on or off a circuit depending on the temperature detected by the internal temperature sensor. If the temperature goes beyond the upper limit 190°F, the switch breaks the circuit and may also turn off a compressor or sound an alarm. On the other hand, when the temperature falls below the lower limit 160°F the switch opens up so that the circuit returns to normal.
