Description
The York S1-02526392010 Control Rollout Switch is a temperature-sensitive safety component used to monitor excessive heat conditions in gas-fired heating equipment. Designed to open at 145F and close at 105F, the switch interrupts the control circuit when abnormal temperature buildup is detected near the burner area. It is commonly installed in furnaces and other HVAC systems to reduce the unsafe operating conditions caused by restricted airflow or flame rollout. Positioned within the heating safety circuit, the rollout switch automatically resets once temperatures return to the specified operating range.
