Description
The York S1-025-52064-000 Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) CHAT X CHAT is an essential component for the current HVAC systems, which serve to control the refrigerant flow to the evaporator. This precise control is made possible by a temperature-sensitive component that responds to the temperature of the evaporator. The TXV opens wider as the evaporator cools and restricts the flow of refrigerant as the evaporator warms. This dynamic control enables the heat exchange and avoids the circulation of liquid refrigerant to the compressor.
