Description
The York S1-025-41249-000 Fan & Limit Switch is a temperature regulator used in HVAC systems to control the operation of the blower according to the air thermostat. It closes its contacts when the sensed duct or heat exchanger temperature is above 200°F and opens its contacts when the temperature is below 60°F and transmits a signal to the blower to either start or stop. This switch is installed in the furnace plenum, or the area of the heat exchanger is wired to the control circuit and used to assist in overheating of the system.
