Description
The York S1-025-41067-000 Thermal Expansion Valve is a refrigerant metering component that regulates the flow entering the evaporator which allows it to maintain the appropriate superheat balance in HVAC systems. It is designed to adjust flow in response to changes in temperature and pressure detected at the evaporator outlet and is designed to operate with 4-Ton R410A applications with a 3/8″ ODF connection and external equaliser. It works by sensing the load with a sensing bulb and a diaphragm that adjusts the valve opening to changing loads.
