Description
The York S1-02425056001 1.5HP Blower Motor is a drive component used to operate the air handlers or blower assemblies to supply the rotational force to maintain the airflow consistency in the HVAC systems. It works by the conversion of electrical energy into mechanical movement at a constant 1725 RPM counter-clockwise rotation to suit system airflow requirements. It is based on single-phase induction to induce a torque using the motor shaft. It is provided with 115 volts by mounting into the blower housing and attaching to the electrical and control systems.
