The York S1-01504816007 Compressor is a refrigerant component used to assist in the refrigeration cycle by compressing low-pressure vapour in HVAC systems. It is fitted in air conditioners, heat pumps or packaged units where it operates with evaporator and condenser coils to facilitate effective heat transfer to allow cooling and, in some designs, heating by a heat pump.
