Description
The York 025-53823-000 Expansion Valve is a refrigerant metering component used in the control of refrigerant flow into the evaporator coil in HVAC systems. It is fixed at the head of the liquid line applied to regulate the amount of refrigerant to be released according to the load of the system to ensure that the superheat is well maintained. It is fitted in the refrigeration circuit and regulates the pressure drop and the appropriate flow of refrigerant to the evaporator to absorb heat efficiently. Its operation is to stabilise maintaining consistent temperature control in the operation of the system.
