Description
The York 025-40900-006 Thermal Expansion Valve is a highly specialized component in HVAC systems whose main function is to control the flow of refrigerant and thereby, maintain efficiency. This TXV is available in a size of 1/8’ and can well support a capacity of up to 37.1 tons. The unit operates with R-410A refrigerant, which is often used in present-day refrigeration systems. The TXV works depending on the control of the quantity of refrigerant that flows into the evaporator coil to make sure that adequate heat is absorbed and there is no overfeeding or underfeeding of the refrigerant.
