Description
The Xylem-McDonnell & Miller FS6-3/4 Flow Switch 115400 is a mechanical flow-sensing component used in hydronic, and chilled water elements to measure and react to fluid flow in HVAC systems. It has a single-pole double-throw electrical contact designed to operate in 3/4″ piping with a pressure rating of 100 PSI and is applied to monitor the flow of water or coolant and adjust its output when flow is present or absent. It is installed in the supply or return pipe of boilers, chillers, or pumps to control panels or safety circuits to ensure that the flow.
