The Xylem-Bell & Gossett 1BN330 Expansion Tank is a residential and light commercial hydronic heating systems through its 14-gallon pre-charged diaphragm expansion tank design. This equipment used as a thermal expansion regulator, which protects system pressure by absorbing heated water expansion. The robust shell combined with the heavy-duty diaphragm construction, enables the part to separate system water from air while protecting against waterlogging and reducing oxygen-induced corrosion. The HFT-30V controls system pressure to improve HVAC system performance while extending equipment durability and delivering steady heating performance.
