Description
The Watts F121605 Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve allows extra airflow and humidity in water heating elements to avoid harmful working conditions. It has a 1/2″ connection size, a 150 PSI rating, and a 6.379K BTU discharge capacity in the LF340X-8-150 configuration. It will automatically open when the internal temperature or pressure exceeds the preset limit discharging water through the outlet. The valve is applied to water heating and hydronic parts in HVAC systems to protect the tanks and piping through the removal of excess pressure and ensuring safe operation.
