Description
The Watts 386473 1/2″ Pressure Relief Valve B911T-M3 releases excess pressure from the fluid circuit when system pressure reaches the calibrated opening point. A spring-loaded internal valve system responds to rising pressure by opening the discharge passage and resealing after pressure returns to the range. Connected to piping assemblies, pressure vessels, and fluid circuits in HVAC systems, it communicates with operating conditions to coordinate overpressure protection. Automatic pressure relief limits excessive pressure buildup, maintains controlled fluid discharge, and protects connected equipment from pressure stress.
