The Watts 0559118 Thermostatic Mixing Valve LFMMV regulates water supply temperatures within hydronic heating and domestic hot water circuits. Installed at the water heater outlet or distribution manifold this lead-free valve blends high-temperature water from the heat source with unheated supply water to maintain a stable output temperature. An internal thermal actuator continuously monitors the mixed stream, adjusting internal port openings to balance pressure and temperature fluctuations across supply lines.
