The Watts 0556002 3/4″ Temperature & Pressure Relief Valve is essentially used to protect HVAC systems from pressure and temperature. It works by opening pressure relief when it reaches the set limit of 150 PSI limitation. This avoids any harm to the system and maintains safe operations of the system. This valve is for use in Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning equipment with BTU of up to 100000, and it will protect against overpressure conditions, reducing the possibility of having to incur expenses for repair and equipment downtime.
