Description
The Watts 0386421 Pressure Regulator Valve is a vital control instrument to stabilize water pressure regulation in different plumbing and hydronic HVAC system applications. This valve has a 1/2” Female National Pipe Thread connection and is used to control downstream water pressure between 10 and 25 PSI. Its main purpose is to lower higher incoming water pressure to a safer and useful pressure for domestic, business, and industrial use. This is made possible by an internal methodology that works with spring and diaphragm to regulate the amount of water admitted. When inlet pressure is higher than set point adjustable within the 10-25 PSI range, the valve reduces the downstream pressure by limiting the flow.
