Description
The Trane VAL9892 is a Thermal Expansion Valve designed for Trane HVAC systems that use R-22 refrigerant and have a capacity of 4 tons. There is no other valve in the system that offers a similar value in terms of efficiency and performance. The TXV accurately controls the refrigerant movement in the air conditioning system. This is done by sensing the temperature of the coolant flow leaving the coil as it warms to the air temperature. Because of this temperature, TXV changes the opening of a valve and under a careful measure, the amount of coolant that enters the evaporator coil.
