Description
The Trane VAL8683 Xpan Valve is a thermal expansion valve with the capability of controlling HVAC systems. This 3-ton valve controls the refrigerant supply to achieve the better cooling results. It incorporates the thermal actuator, which allows proper regulation of its temperature and its functionality. Its size is 3/8” and the valve works with the help of a pressure regulator which is set with 53/49 PSI which helps in maintaining the pressure. It remains relatively easy and secure when the female terminals are connected to the male counterparts. It guarantees constant temperature control, and energy saving, which makes it significant for achieving desirable indoor climate conditions.
