The Trane VAL8557 Valve Less Actuator is a compact and reliable solution that controls the fluid flow which is used in HVAC equipment including furnaces and air conditioners. Conventional valves that must be operated by a motor, it simplifies the mechanical design by electronically actuating a valve opening. These include the ability to control the flow in a two-way function and the moderate to high flow coefficients with a 1.3 Cv rating. This valve-less actuator is usually constructed from strong materials so that it can work for an extended period and measures 6 x 4.6 x 3.3”.
