Description
The Trane VAL5930 solenoid valve is a small but essentialpart of R-22 refrigerant-based HVAC systems and is 3.4″ long. An electrically controlled gateway for refrigerant flow. UN-2B threads are secure attachments within the pipe system. Connections are accommodated by a slightly larger 1/4″ port size. The Trane solenoid valve operates much like an electrically controlled conductor, controlling the flow of refrigerant through your HVAC equipment. This fine control is vital in a process that requires switching refrigerant flow from one end of the heating pump to the other, or directing refrigerant flow to some parts of the system instead of others, to deliver more efficient and productive cooling performance.
