Description
The Trane SWT03968 Flame Rollout Switch is a control component to monitor abnormal flame or high-temperature conditions in burner assemblies. Rated to open at 190F, it interrupts the electrical circuit when excessive heat is detected near the combustion area. It is commonly applied in furnaces and other HVAC systems where flame containment and temperature monitoring are required during burner operation. With electrical ratings of 5.8 full load amps (FLA) and 34.8 locked rotor amps (LRA), it is connected within the safety circuit to manage system shutdown response during abnormal combustion conditions.
