Description
The Trane MOT7516 Motor is a sturdy application-specific motor for driving airflow in or through some of the Trane HVAC equipment most probably centrifugal fans or blowers suitable for technically challenging applications. This motor is designed for robustness: it is made of a rigid steel base with ball bearings, a drip-proof housing that shields against dripping liquids and works within a wide temperature range of -40°F to 105°F. This Motor uses a flexible voltage of 460V, 3-phase and has a feature of bi-directional rotation for particular applications. This continuous-duty motor has an automatic thermal protection, which helps to prevent the motor from overheating.
