The Trane MOT19006 1/16HP Motor provides controlled rotational power to fans and auxiliary mechanical parts to be used in variable airflow applications which are used in HVAC systems. It is powered by 115 V, giving 850 RPM with three-speed operation that can be adjusted to 3 selectable speeds. It entails fixing it in the fan housing, and making an adequate electrical connection. This provides uniform mechanical performance, and stable operation at variable loads, which adds to balanced airflow, energy-efficient operation and consistent temperature conditions in air handling units.
