The Trane MOT17046 is a Programmed Motor component of Trane HVAC system. A motor with sophisticated technology for the control of airflow in line with the motor’s efficiency. In contrast to conventional AC induction motors, the MOT17046 features programming functions that allow it to adapt to particular cooling or heating requirements. This translates to low noise and possibly lower power consumption than other types of motors. The motor runs on a single-phase voltage of 208-230V and has CCW rotation which makes it flexible when being installed. The ball bearings make the operation of the machine smooth and the electronic overload protector protects the motor from electrical problems.
