Description
The Trane FLR8064 is a type of mist eliminator filter made to filter entrained mist of air streams in HVAC systems. Organic dust, for example, mist, which is a droplet of water that is invisible to the naked eye can be damaging to equipment as well as reduce the airflow of equipment. These mist particles are trapped on the filter media as air passes through the constructed filter of the filter. This ensures the better system performance and also protects other downstream components from problems caused by mists. Ordinarily, they are located in sections that circulate and regulate environmental air within a building, such as the air handling units (AHUs) and other equipment.
