Description
The Trane FLR6409 is a Mist Removal Filter 3-Packs 15” x 24” which is used especially in Trane air handling units. These thin-film white filters employ a carbon filter medium that removes moisture as well as tiny mist particles from the air stream. The filters help to protect internal components of HVAC system from corrosion and threats from water droplets as these particles are filtered out by the devices. They can in some way improve the quality of the interior climate by reducing humidity levels and potentially allergens that may be carried by mist droplets.
