The Trane FLR6069 is a 5” thick, white reversible filter designed for use only in Trane heating and air conditioning systems especially furnaces and air handler units. Measuring 17.5” across and 24” wide, it assures that it can fit in different Trane units model. This media filter lodged in the HVAC system removes dust, pollen, pet dander, and other particles in the air passing through the system. In collecting these particles, the prescreens your Trane unit’s internal parts against dust deposition, improves the quality of air inside your home, and possibly improves the efficiency of the system by reducing the load taken by the blower motor.
