Description
The Trane EXC1854 Heat Exchanger is an essential part of heat transfer in the Trane HVAC system and is approximately 44 inches long. A permanent heat exchange equipment is used to transfer heat from one fluid to another without allowing the two fluids to mix. Unlike the conventional methods that require the use of open flames or water boilers, this heat exchanger is of the closed type. Hot gas flows through the interior tubes of the exchanger while the cold gas flows outside through other channels. These fluids are relatively close which makes it possible to have proper transfer of heat.
