Description
The Trane DHY1454 Liquid Line Drier is a refrigerant part that is used to eliminate moisture and particulate contamination of refrigerant flow. It performs the main purpose of capturing water, acids, and debris in the 8 cubic inch desiccant chamber to allow system integrity and eliminate freeze-ups or valve obstructions. The dryer is connected with a size of 3/8 inch to be integrated with the liquid lines. It is used in refrigeration HVAC systems to maintain constant pressure and temperature levels to protect metering equipment and add to accurate operation and effectiveness.
