The Trane COM14878 Scroll Compressor is utilized in the regulation of refrigerant pressure of packaged and split-system cooling in the HVAC system units. It operates at 208-230V/1PH and is rated at 60 Hz operation with a 4-ton rated capacity and transfers the low-pressure vapor into the high-pressure discharge using scroll contraction technology. It is installed in the condensing section, and it regulates the flow of refrigerant and structured heat rejection. The compressor will be interacting with metering and evaporator modules to maintain the same temperature and a constant cooling effect.
