Description
The Trane COM13123 Scroll Compressor is highly functional for large cooling applications in HVAC applications and uses R-22 refrigerant. This Trane compressor operates using a scroll system which is different from the piston compressors that are commonly used. In the sealed housing, a fixed and an orbiting scroll compress refrigerant gas thus developing high pressure. This 5.08-ton capacity compressor delivers the better cooling performance for applications that require high cooling capacity. Refrigerant circulation is made secure through the use of brazed stub tubes.
