Description
The Trane COM11225 Scroll Compressor is a robust compressor that was intended for efficient cooling of medium commercial premises. It used R-22 refrigerant, an option that is becoming increasingly environmentally restricted. This was not a piston compressor like most other conventional models, but a scroll compressor from Trane. Two intertwined scrolls located in the sealed casing work as a pump, compressing the refrigerant gas. This design was realized with a 32,000 BTUH capacity, which was suitable for handling moderate cooling loads in commercial facilities. It was used in an air conditioning system as a Scroll Compressor known as the Trane COM11225 Scroll Compressor utilized for R-22 refrigerant.
