The Trane BAYMFGH200C LP Conversion Kit is used to convert natural gas to liquid propane gas operations. This conversion kit is particularly crucial in making specific Trane HVAC units suitable for use with LP gas for efficiency. It is better for use with 1/2” systems. The conversion process entails modification of one or many aspects of the HVAC system to suit the characteristics of LP gas and hence operation. Advantages are the ability to burn LP gas if desired, and retaining the dependability and performance of Trane heating and air conditioning equipment.
