Description
The Trane BAYHGBP010C Hot Gas Bypass Kit is used to control the amount of refrigerant flowing to ensure that the system, operates steadily at low loads. It is designed to work with R-410A refrigerant and allows some of the hot discharge gas to be sent to the low-pressure side to keep the pressure balanced. It operates the hot gas when cooling is needed is reduced to prevent short cycling of compressors in HVAC systems, like rooftop units and split air conditioning systems that need capacity control. It is located in the refrigerant circuit, and is connected to the discharge.
