Description
The Tecumseh AK172AR-B37-J7 Compressor 115V is a refrigeration component used in a cooling element to press refrigerant vapour as a cycle in HVAC systems. It is mounted in commercial units like walk-in coolers, refrigerated display cases, and condensing systems in which R404A or R507 refrigerants are required and single-phase power is acceptable. It pulls low-pressure vapour 6498 BTU through the evaporator and increases its pressure and temperature before it releases it to the condenser. Inside the refrigeration loop, it pushes the flow of refrigerant and helps to reject heat from the cooling of the refrigerant in regular operation.
