Description
Sporlan Controls 953477 Hot Gas Bypass Valve 3/8″ X 3/8″ ODF is used to control the flow of refrigerant and avoid short cycling of compressors in HVAC systems. It is applied in line with the refrigeration circuit, and only a portion of the hot gas passes the evaporator when the cooling loads are minimal to maintain the pressure in the system and to prevent the compressor damage. It is commonly used in commercial and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems, where it is used in conjunction with expansion parts and other controls to provide stable operation.
