The Sporlan Controls 903110 is a 3/8-inch Outside Diameter Female (ODF) head pressure control valve intended for use in residential and commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. It is essential for preserving system efficiency and guarding against any harm since it controls head pressure, or the pressure on the compressor’s discharge side. A pressure sensor built into the valve keeps an ongoing eye on the system’s head pressure. Pre-set to a particular head pressure level, the valve usually operates within a specified range depending on the type of refrigerant used in the system. The valve automatically modifies its internal passage according to the variation between the setpoint and the detected pressure.
