Description
Sporlan Controls 169445 Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) regulates refrigerant flow into the evaporator to maintain proper superheat, and system balance. With a 1/2-ton capacity R22 refrigerant compatibility, and a 30″ external equaliser in HVAC systems it provide precise control by adjusting flow based on temperature and pressure changes. It operates through a sensing bulb and a diaphragm that modulates valve opening to match load conditions. Fitted at the evaporator inlet, it connects with liquid and suction lines to manage refrigerant distribution. It supports efficient heat exchange prevents coil flooding, and maintains consistent cooling performance.
