The Sporlan Controls 169280 Expansion Valve is an essential part of the air conditioning systems, which is used to control the flow of the refrigerant into the evaporator. This model is ERSE-4-Z and it has an ODF connection of 4” x 7” x 2” and a capillary length of 5 feet which makes it easier to design and install the system. It works based on detecting how much heat is in the evaporator and regulating that flow to meet the system’s needs. This expansion valve prevents either underfeeding or overfeeding of refrigerant, which makes the HVAC system more energy efficient, has effective expenses, and is more reliable.
