Description
The Sporlan Controls 169177 1-Ton Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is a valve used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems for use with R-404A refrigerant. This TXV, with a 1/4” X 1/2” ODF connection, regulates the amount of refrigerant that enters the evaporator. The TXV function by detecting the temperature and pressure inside the evaporator to adjust the refrigerant to the right level in the system.
