The Sporlan Controls 168873 35-Ton Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) is an essential component in HVAC systems intended for use with R-410A refrigerant. This TXV accurately regulates the quantity of refrigerant allowed to flow into the evaporator coil, for maximum operational efficiency. It works based on evaporator temperature control thereby controlling flow of refrigerant which helps to prevent direct circulation of liquid refrigerant to the compressor and allow maximum system cooling. The ODF connection size is 7/8” x 1-3/8” and it is easy to install in different HVAC systems.
