Description
The Sporlan Controls 168772 8-Ton Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is an essential part of HVAC equipment and is intended for use with R22 refrigerant. This TXV controls the amount of refrigerant that is allowed into the evaporator depending on the cooling requirements of the system. Cooling performance therefore is enhanced and made more efficient through accurate regulation of refrigerant flow. This valve has a capacity of 8 tons and has a 1/2” X 7/8” ODF connection making it ideal for most commercial and industrial refrigeration uses.
