Description
The Sporlan Controls 129362 is a 10-ton thermal expansion valve (TXV) intended for use in big commercial air conditioning systems containing R22 refrigerant. It is crucial for optimising the system’s performance and efficiency since it precisely controls the flow of liquid refrigerant into the evaporator coil. An inbuilt sensor in the TXV keeps an eye on the pressure inside the evaporator coil all the time. The temperature differential between the refrigerant vapour exiting the evaporator and its saturation temperature at the current pressure is known as the superheat, and this is what the pre-set valve is designed to maintain. In response to the discrepancy between the intended superheat and the observed pressure, the TXV automatically adjusts its internal channel.
