Description
The Sporlan Controls 128849 Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) controls the flow of refrigerant into the evaporator to ensure the correct cooling balance. It works by detecting changes in temperature, and pressure, and modulates the supply of refrigerant according to the demand of the system. It has 5/8 Inch X 7/8 Inch connections and SNE10 CP100 configuration and is installed in refrigerant lines of air conditioning and refrigeration units in HVAC systems where it reacts with other connected components to facilitate system operation.
