The Sporlan Controls 109936 Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) EFSE-1/4-ZP is an essential part of HVAC systems. Focusing intensity of the refrigerant passage through the evaporator it permits to stabilize and enhance the system’s performance. The TXV works on the Concept of a change in pressure/temperature of the refrigerant, which controls the opening and closing of the valve. This dynamic control helps to have a standardized temperature of the evaporator that does not overheat or freeze, increasing the heat exchange coefficient.
