Description
The Sporlan Controls 108958 Thermal Expansion Valve creates the flow of refrigerant based on the evaporator, temperature variations. It is primarily applied in refrigeration and cooling systems that use R134A, in which controlled superheat is needed to operate stably. The valve will be attached to the evaporator inlet with 3/8 x 1/2 inch ODF connections, and the 30-inch extended sensing element will be firmly attached to the suction line to provide accurate temperature. In the entire unit, it provides a balanced distribution of refrigerant and safeguards the components, which support the effective operation of the HVAC systems.
