Description
The Sporlan Controls 108747 Thermostatic Expansion Valve is a flow-controlling part that is used to measure refrigerant accurately with temperature, variations at the evaporator outlet. It is primarily applied in refrigeration and cooling systems that use R500 and in which a stable superheat control is needed to ensure reliable operation. The valve is mounted at the inlet of the evaporator with 3/8 x 1/2 ODF connections, and the 5-foot extension sensing bulb is firmly clamped to the suction line to provide a precise temperature.
